Loughborough is a prosperous university and market town, located between Nottingham and Leicester. The town has an immediate population of close to 70,000 and a student population of 15,000 with a catchment population of over 150,000.
Located at least 20 minutes drive from any major retail centre, The Rushes is ideally placed to meet the shopping needs of this sizeable catchment population as well as those living further afield.

Did you know The Rushes is home to ‘The Signaler’ by John Atkin? A metal sculpture that is slowly and purposely changing colour with the elements, eventually it will assume a colour unique to Loughborough. John Atkin is an international, award-winning artist & sculptor who was funded by Henry Moore and once studied at Loughborough University.
